Khadija O’Connell is a designer based in the San Francisco Bay Area and is a co-founder of Creativity & the Spiritual Path. She works in several mediums including textiles, flowers and paper. Khadija designs event décor and has been consulting and designing events with Zaytuna Institute for the past 10 years. She also teaches sewing and craft and showcases current work on her blog ‘barakahlife handmade’. She promotes creativity through classes, events and products with her company Barakah Life. She aspires to share her love of beauty, of things handmade as well as traditional Islamic design.
